张伟:药理学教授,基础医学博士生导师,药理学/药剂学/内科学硕士生导师。19906月研究生毕业于安徽医科大学心血管药理专业,获医学硕士学位,无党派人士。现任江苏省炎症与分子药靶重点实验室副主任;南通大学药物研究所所长;南通大学药学(省重点培育)学科带头人;南通大学省优势学科《基础医学》学术带头人(PI)。社会兼职:南通伟康医药研究院院长(独立法人);南通市生物医药重点实验室常务副主任。学术团体任职:系中国药理学会理事、江苏省药理学会副理事长、江苏省药学会理事、南通市药学会副理事长、江苏省新药临床前研究专业委员会副主委、南通市药剂药理专业委员会主任委员。从事新药研究与开发三十多年,先后主持或与企业合作承担各类中西医药研发项目30多项,绝大多数成果转化为生产力,其中有知名品牌盖天力富硒康安奇等,有九五科技攻关项目抗高血压新药Moxonidine、抗炎新药Tenoxicam等,技术贸易(技术开发、技术服务、技术转让)达两仟多万,近年来主持国家、省、市厅级研究课题15项,获市厅级科技进步二等奖3项(排名第一), 作为通讯作者(或第一作者)发表SCI专业学术论文50多篇,拥有(名第一)国家授权发明专利6项。
