科研成果:

5年主要关注自身免疫性疾病和肿瘤中T细胞调控机制研究。课题组主要应用模式动物,分子生物学、组织与细胞形态学、多色流式细胞分析技术等多种手段探讨T细胞等免疫细胞对肿瘤和免疫炎症的影响及其机制。

研究工作受到国家自然科学基金委员会,江苏省教育厅和南通市科技局基金项目支持,同时参与了肿瘤免疫和自身性免疫疾病相关美国NIHDOD课题研究,取得了一些具有意义的成果,其中有关调节性T细胞的稳定性调控分子机制及其对疾病影响的研究,为自身免疫性炎症和肿瘤病理生理学机制及治疗药物的开发提供了理论探索。
