科研成果:
近5年侧重于帕金森病和肝纤维化等相关疾患的药物开发及机理研究。
1抗帕金森病(PD)创新药物研发及作用机制研究。本研究建立在天然药物分离制备基础上,针对神经退行性疾病如PD等重大疾病,建立体外、内实验模型进行筛选,相关活性成分进一步进行临床前评价;
2、抗肝纤维化药物的发现及分子生物学研究。本方向是在药效物质分离制备的基础上,针对肝损伤等临床疾患,采用多种体内外实验模型筛选具有明显生理活性的化学物质,并对其进行分子药理学评估,以探求药物的个性化治疗及生物标记物筛选。
研究工作受到国家自然科学基金委员会、江苏省科技厅、全国博士后管委会、国家重点实验室等各类基金项目支持,包括1项国家自然科学基金青年科学基金、1项江苏省自然科学基金青年项目、1项中国博士后面上项目、1项天然药物活性物质与功能国家重点实验室项目、1项江苏省青年托举人才项目和1项江苏省双创博士项目等的支持,参与国家自然科学基金重点项目2项,取得了一系列具有显著科学价值和创新意义的成果。
