科研成果:
长期从事中药学及天然药物化学的科研工作,主要聚焦于天然寡糖脂类活性成分的开发和利用,已构建成熟的高效研究策略。迄今已对菟丝子、土丁桂、毛牵牛等多种传统中草药进行研究,发现一系列结构新颖、活性良好的天然寡糖脂类成分,为药物开发提供新颖的先导化合物。
研究工作受到国家自然科学基金委员会、江苏省科技厅和南通市科技局各类基金项目支持,以项目负责人主持国家自然基金面上项目及青年项目各1项,江苏省产学研项目1项,南通市科研项目2项。以第一作者或通讯作者在Medicinal Research Reviews, Organic Letters, Journal of Natural Products等国内外专业期刊发表学术论文20余篇。研究成果为中药质量评价、临床应用推广和创新药物研发等提供重要支撑,为推进我国中药现代化的发展做出积极贡献。
