科研成果:
近5年侧重于代谢性疾病相关活性天然产物的发现及机制研究以及基于计算机辅助的蛋白质稳态调控药物设计。团队基于活性导向的分离策略发现新型活性天然产物,并通过化学生物学、靶向蛋白质降解组学、分子生物学、基因干预等多学科交叉策略研究其的直接作用靶标组,结合计算机辅助策略,开展针对靶标组的药物设计研究。研究工作受到国家自然科学基金委员会、中国博士后管理委员会、香港学者协会、新药研究国家重点实验室、江苏省科技厅、江苏省教育厅和南通市科技局等各类基金项目支持,取得了一系列具有显著科学价值和创新意义的成果。为活性天然产物药效物质基础的发现及新型治疗药物的开发奠定了扎实的基础。
