科研成果:

近年来系统地研究G蛋白偶联受体在心血管中作用。首次发现β2-AR与功能相反的GsGi蛋白偶联,介导心肌细胞的命运;发现β1-AR细胞凋亡信号由钙依赖性蛋白激酶II介导; 发现G蛋白偶联激酶在β2-ARGi蛋白偶联在心脏病理生理中作用;首次发现脉管加压素受体参与肾上腺素受体调节心脏功能。以第一作者或通讯作者在J Clin InvestProc Natl Acad SciCirc ResJ Biol Chem等发表研究论文30多篇。SCI论文100余篇,被SCI文章引用4000多次。
