科研成果:

主要从事基于DNA纳米技术的药物分析和分子诊断新方法的研究,近年来针对药学研究和临床应用的发展需求,致力于高性能DNA传感新技术的开发及其生物医学应用。围绕DNA传感技术的关键科学问题,从响应新策略研究、纳米探针设计和应用体系开发等方面逐步深入,在临床辅助诊断,疾病标志物分析领域取得了系列创新性学术成果。

截至目前,以第一/通讯作者在Analytical Chemistry、Biosensors and Bioelectronics、Sensors and Actuators: B. Chemical、Chemical Communications等期刊发表SCI论文20余篇,其中中科院一区论文14篇,二区论文10篇,自然指数期刊论文9篇,ESI高被引论文2篇,2篇论文被封面报道,总被引2000余次,H-index为24。

研究工作受到国家自然科学基金委员会、江苏省科技厅和南通市科技局各类基金项目支持,包括国家自然科学青年科学基金1项、江苏省自然科学青年基金和优秀青年基金各1项。
