科研成果:
近5年侧重于中药及核酸药物递送在肝纤维化与帕金森疾病治疗中应用的研究。课题组主要应用化学生物学、生物材料学、组织与细胞形态学、药物化学与药理学、基因干预与行为学等多学科交叉策略研究并构建碳基功能平台,并深入研究其在帕金森和肝纤维化治疗中的作用。
研究工作受到国家自然科学基金委员会、全国博士后管委会、澳门科学技术协进会和南通市科技局各类基金项目支持,包括国家自然科学基金、澳门青年学者项目、江苏省青年人才托举工程项目、南通市科技计划项目支持,取得了一系列具有显著科学价值和创新意义的成果,其中有关氮化碳基中药递送系统在抗肝纤维化与帕金森的研究为新型递送系统的构建与相关疾病的治疗提供了新的思路。
以第一作者或通讯作者的形式在Biomaterials, Carbon Neutralization, Acta Biomaterialia, Chemical Engineering Journal, Science China-Chemistry, Chinese Chemical Letters,Advanced Healthcare Materials等期刊发表三十余篇SCI论文,其中中科院JCR分区1区论文8篇,影响因子10分及以上论文9篇,20分以上论文1篇。
